Background
What is the product?
Externally this portal is used by utility program managers and admins to manage day to day operations of their EV charging programs and report on the performance of the charging program to regulators and utility executives.
Internally the portal is used to set up and manage utility programs by dedicated relationship managers for each utility (instead of our engineering teams). We also use it to debug issues and develop new features for our platform.
What are the user’s goals?
- Quickly identify problems and take action to correct them
- Determine the performance of programs
Charging and Enrollment Insights
This was a new section of our portal that I worked on to replace regular pdf reports that we would send to utilities on how their programs were doing. It allows a utility user to self serve their own data and interact with it in a deeper way than a static report.
When we look at our site tracking we can see that this section of the site is among the most used!
