Boil 1hr
-Realized pot didn’t have spigot so bring back to boil ~5 min? to sterilize the chill coil
Cooled to ~68
Pitched yeast (Safale 05)
OG:1.066
Update:
Constant 68-70 degrees
-Fermentation seemed slow and finished after 2-3 days. Very slow bubbling.
-Transferred to secondary after 2 weeks.
-FG: 1.030 which makes this 4.73%. Was shooting for 6% but the beer tastes ok.
-Very cloudy still. Planning to leave in secondary for 3-4 weeks.
