Pumpkin Ale [First Brew]
Although we didn’t think it would add much to the flavor, we actually did add some roasted pumpkin to the end of the boil.

Update:
Fermented at 70-72
-Very vigorous fermentation. Overflowed the airlock and had to clean it out and replace.
-fermentation lasted ~4 days.
-in primary for 2 weeks.



Update 2:
Put some ground cloves, ginger, mace, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice in a emptied out tea bag. Steeped the tea for 20 min and added it to the beer.
